Bev's 15 minute Spaghetti with Pilchards

Feeds 1, 613 calories


50g wholewheat spaghetti (think I'd up this to 60g next time)

200g pilchards in tomato sauce (I'll buy the 155g can next time as it's a single portion)

10 black olives cut in half

2 garlic cloves sliced thinly

4 shallots (or 1 onion) sliced

1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Sundried tomatoes or any tomatoes

50g peas

Cook the spaghetti according to instructions, whilst it's cooking, fry the onions and garlic in a little oil in a frying pan, break the pilchards into bite size pieces and add along with the tomatoes, peas and olives. Drain spaghetti once cooked and stir through the rest of the ingredients, serve, top with grated parmesan and enjoy.
