200g tomato puree (134 calories)
2 teaspoon curry powder 16 calories)
1 teaspoon chilli powder(16 calories)
1 teaspoon garam masala (16 calories)
1 beef oxo (16 calories)
1 onion sliced (53 calories)
Brown onion in spray oil. Set aside. Cook steak in spray oil. Set aside. Combine tomato puree, curry, chilli, garam masala & oxo in a pan with half a pint of water. Bring to a simmer stirring all the time. Add beef & onions and cook through. You could try switching the tomato puree for passata to lower calories.
